I rely on certificates and studies

I don't notice big changes except for feeling less load and stiffness after workouts. It also swells as soon as you drink water, don't panic, it's just water.

Yo no noto grandes cambios salvo por sentir menos carga y agujetas despues de los entrenamientos. También hincha en cuanto agua, no se asusten, es solo agua.

Creatine of high quality and at a good price, essential for muscle recovery after training. A small downside is the type of packaging that makes it difficult to access the bottom of it.

Good

Excellent value for money. The presentation format could be improved a little, as the product lasts quite a long time, the zip closure ends up breaking.

Excelente relación calidad precio. El formato de presentación podría mejorarse un poco, ya que como el producto dura bastante al final el cierre zip termina rompiéndose.

Good value for money

Very good value for money for Creapure. It is quite noticeable in training and recovery. The only downside is that it makes balls in the bag that are easy to undo (with other brands of Creapure this has not happened to me).

Muy buena calidad precio para ser Creapure. Se nota bastante en los entrenamientos y en la recuperación. Como única pega, se hacen bolas en la bolsa que son fáciles de deshacer (con otras marcas de Creapure no m había pasado).

Good value for money

It dissolves easily in water, I don't notice much difference with the normal one but I guess time will tell.

I have not noticed the difference between normal creatine and creapure, so I consider that it is not necessary to carry this seal, since it is much more expensive.

No he notado la diferencia entre la creatina normal y la creapure, por lo que considero que no es necesario que lleve este sello, ya que sale mucho mas cara.
