I have added creatine to my supplementation (0.1 grams per kg of weight) because of the proven benefits it provides at different levels. I add it to my protein shake and it dissolves very well, being neutral in taste.

Sensations that work
After two weeks of taking a dose of 0.07g x Kg of body weight, I must say that there are very positive sensations in muscle performance and recovery. Without a doubt it will be one of my products every day. The only less positive thing is the packaging, which is not the most comfortable for me and when it comes to dosing it is somewhat complicated.
Después de estar dos semanas tomando una dosis de 0,07g x Kg de peso corporal, debo decir que hay sensaciones muy positivas en el rendimiento muscular y la recuperación. Sin duda alguna va a ser uno de mis productos sí o sí todos los días.
Lo único menos positivo son los envases que no me resultan de lo más cómodo y a la hora de dosificar es algo complicado.
