Good size for testing
I bought this format with the creatine pure seal (essential for quality) to test, it is true that I am taking more things, the reality is that after two months I do not notice much difference in my body, but if I must admit that in general I feel better, I can not attribute it only to creatine.

Excellent creatine
Very good value for money. Studies support the safety of taking creatine. A must in any person who trains bodybuilding and you will notice it soon giving you a plus in strength. Also for recovery. Best to take post workout with whey protein and some hydrate, in my case with a banana or pancakes to accompany whey shake.
Muy buena relación calidad precio. Estudios avalan la seguridad de tomar creatina. Un imprescindible en cualquier persona que entrene musculación y lo vas a notar en breve dándote un plus en fuerza. También para recuperar. Mejor tomar post entreno con proteína de suero y algún hidrato, en mi caso con un plátano o con tortitas para acompañar batido de suero.
