Not unpleasant taste, good dissolution. As for the effects, to be honest I could not say, but in theory it is proven to work. It may act as a bit of a placebo effect, but for the moment I include it in my routine.

One of the best on the market. Neutral flavor and if I had to put a downside is the dissolution that is very bad, but for the type of creatine is normal, so it is the least. Quality the best and at an unbeatable price.

Considering the current price of creatine, it is a very good value for money. More or less neutral flavor. The presentation could be more convenient for large packs (like a canister format instead of sachet), but I understand that if you want to keep costs under control, you can't do better.
Teniendo en cuenta el precio actual de la creatina, es una relación calidad precio muy buena. Sabor más o menos neutro. La presentación podría ser más cómoda para los envases grandes (como un formato bote en vez de sobre), pero entiendo que si quieres tener los costes controlados, no se puede hacer mejor.
