Good quality

It is neutral, perfect for mixing with flavored proteins, the only thing I don't like is the packaging, the closure is not good, it breaks and I have to transfer it to another bottle.

Es neutra perfecta para mezclar con proteínas de sabores, lo único que no me gusta el envase el cierre no es bueno re rompe y tengo que pasarla a otro bote.

I love it

A great creatine option. Unflavored so it is easy to take on its own with water or mixed with shakes etc. I take it after exercise but if I don't exercise as well since I have read that it has many beneficial properties and the creapure seal gives me security.

Una opción de creatina estupenda. Sin sabor con lo cual es fácil de tomar sola con agua o mezclada con batidos etc. La tomo después del ejercicio pero si no hago ejercicio también ya que he leído que tiene muchas propiedades beneficiosas y el sello creapure me da seguridad.
