I started taking this creatine because I stagnated in my workouts and it has given me very good results. I have more strength and weight bearing capacity, more energy and I recover faster. I've made a lot of progress since I've been taking it and I don't notice the famous fluid retention. I mix it with Evolate proteins and it doesn't affect the texture or taste of the shake.
