Undoubtedly the best
Since I have been taking creatine I really see the changes. It's not that it's miraculous and you're going to become all muscle. But it does give a boost. It helps but you have to take into account your diet on training days among other factors. I think that as a priority this is the most important supplement.
Desde que he tomado creatina realmente veo los cambios. Ojo no es que sea milagrosa y vas a convertirte en puros músculos. Pero si da un empujón. Ayuda pero hay que tener en cuenta la alimentación los días de entrenos entre otros factores. Creo que como prioridad este es el suplemento más importante.
