This product plus whey protein should be the minimum essential. It has the creapure seal and the price is not bad at all, it doesn't taste like nothing at all so it won't cost you to take it, the results I guess will vary depending on age, diet, pace of life etc, but for me it gives me enough energy, I do high intensity workouts (very hybrid) and great.
