Excellent value for money
I've always tried plain creatine monohydrate, and I wasn't experiencing any benefit-I wanted to give it one last chance by trying this, otherwise I would have put my mind at rest as a non-responder-I feel this gives me an extra boost, a much better level of muscle fullness than not taking it. I absolutely recommend it; neutral flavor and good solubility.
Ho sempre provato la creatina monoidrato semplice, e non riscontravo nessun beneficio: ho voluto dare un'ultima opportunità provando questa, altrimenti mi sarei messo l'anima in pace come non responder.. sento che questa mi dia una spinta in più, un livello di pienezza muscolare molto migliore rispetto a non prenderla. La raccomando assolutamente; sapore neutro e buona solubilità.
