I've always tried plain creatine monohydrate, and I wasn't experiencing any benefit-I wanted to give it one last chance by trying this, otherwise I would have put my mind at rest as a non-responder-I feel this gives me an extra boost, a much better level of muscle fullness than not taking it. I absolutely recommend it; neutral flavor and good solubility.
