It is a good snack option, with good values, but the taste of the central part, the protein part, leaves much to be desired in terms of flavor. What covers it is good. I will not repeat. I don't like the taste. I tried coconut-caramel and I didn't like it, I gave it a second try with peanut butter flavor and the same thing. I still have some more flavors left, but I think I will have the same luck.

I didn't like the peanut butter and caramel coconut ones. I have pending some other flavor that I bought, but it will probably be the same as with these two.
