I tried the cherry and yogurt bar and the truth is that it is very tasty. As for the nutritional values, they are very positive in general, lots of protein and lots of good carbohydrates. I don't give it a grade of honor because they have a little more fat than they should, but I insist, I loved this product and it satisfies you with just one bar.
