It is very good, both with cocoa and coconut oil, as alone, my children say it tastes like cotton candy. They didn't have problems going to the bathroom, but since they have been taking it, they say they are doing better. It kind of regulates diarrhea and constipation too. As a sweetener in coffee it doesn't work, it doesn't sweeten enough.
Está muy buena, tanto con cacao como con aceite de coco, como sola, mis hijos dicen que sabe a algodón dulce. No tenían problemas para ir al baño, pero desde que la toman, dicen que van mejor.
Es como que regula la diarrea y el estreñimiento también.
Como endulzante en el café no funciona, no endulza suficiente.

The quality of this inulin is very high.
Aside from the usual problem I have with the hinges for closing the Packaging for the powders that come off the walls after a while the inulin in question is really good and I love it for the flavor it leaves to my mixes without using additional sugars. I also take it absolute with meals to provide Prebiotics to the body.
A parte il solito problema che ho con le cerniere per la chiusura del Packaging per le polveri che dopo un po si scollano dalle pareti l inulina in questione è davvero ottima e io la adoro per il sapore che lascia ai miei miscugli senza usare zuccheri aggiuntivi. La prendo anche assoluta durante i pasti per fornire Prebiotici all organismo.

Besides being a good prebiotic, it sweetens a little and above all gives a thicker texture to your smoothies which makes them more appetizing and satiating, very similar to xanthan gum in that aspect, but also being beneficial for your flora.
