An essential supplement to reach those 20-30 grams of fiber daily recommended, especially in stages of volume in which we all know that fruit and vegetables usually take a back seat. Unbeatable quality-price and good taste. I also recommend the apple fiber, very good.

Good product.
Besides being a good prebiotic, it sweetens a little and above all gives a thicker texture to your smoothies which makes them more appetizing and satiating, very similar to xanthan gum in that aspect, but also being beneficial for your flora.

Texturizing agent.
I use inulin as a texturizing agent in vegan recipes: thickener, it replaces part of the sugar and also fat since it gives a similar finish.

Powerful prebiotic but sticky
I bought this to make homemade yogurt. The recipe called for inulin as a prebiotic for the probiotic cultures I used. It did not mix very well with the milk and heavy cream but got a little clumpy. Other than that, it seemed to fulfill its purpose, being a potent prebiotic fiber. Also works in smoothies and shakes, mixes better with water.

Packaging to be improved
The contents of the bag have been to my liking but the packaging, the bag itself, has not because it has deteriorated rapidly. I would ask HSN to improve on this aspect. This inulin is of good quality, it met my expectations and I have taken it as a daily fiber supplement which is noticeable on visits to the bathroom. Never reduce its quality.
El contenido de la bolsa ha sido de mi agrado pero el envase, la bolsa en sí, no porque se ha deteriorado rápidamente. Rogaría a HSN que mejorara en este aspecto. Esta inulina es de buena calidad, cumplió mis expectativas y la he tomado como complemento diario de fibra que se nota en las visitas al baño. No reduzcan nunca dicha calidad.
