Basic essential
It is not cheap, but it is an essential supplement: for the nervous system (study, anxiety, insomnia, etc.), for the joints (prevents injuries) and for muscle recovery, if you do fitness, swimming, activities and running. It is a basic of the basics, along with a good magnesium (for me the Mg bisglycinate), potassium (K citrate), choline (choline bitartrate) and glycine.
No es barato, pero es suplemento imprescindible: para el sistema nervioso (estudio, ansiedad, insomnio, etc), para las articulaciones (previene lesiones) y para la recuperación muscular, si le das caña al fitness, natación, actividades y running. Es un básico de los básicos, junto con un buen magnesio (para mí el bisglicinato de Mg), el potasio (citrato de K), colina (bitartrato de Colina) y la glicina.
