I started taking this omega oil but then I discovered the Ultra Omega TG 1000 which is more effective for the prevention of cardiovascular disorders so I take 1 capsule of each daily. This one has omega 6 in it. Neutral flavor if stored in the refrigerator, because with the heat the capsules become very soft and can even break.

Yo empecé tomando este aceite de omega nada mas pero después descubrí el Ultra Omega TG 1000 que es mas efectivo para la prevención de trastornos cardiovasculares por lo que tomo 1 cápsula de cada uno diariamente. Pues este lleva omega 6. Sabor neutro si se guarda en el frigo, pues con el calor las capsúlas se ablandan mucho y pueden incluso romperse.
