They sell ALCAR as being all composed of Acetyl L-Carnitine (which is the most effective compound for losing weight( and when the product arrived I saw that half of the composition was L-Carnitine and not Acetyl L-carnitine. It makes all the difference. I sent msg and did not even deign to respond.
Vendem ALCAR como sendo todo composto por Acetil L-Carnitina (que é o composto mais eficaz para perder peso( e quando o produto chegou vi que metade da composição era L-Carnitina e não Acetil L-carnitina. Faz toda a diferença. Enviei msg e nem se dignaram responder.

I use it during periods of intermittent fasting when I do cardio along with caffeine and bcaa's. Lo utilizo en periodo de ayuno intermitente cuando realizo cardio junto a la cafeína y bcaa´s. El aporte de energía es bastante alto ; o mejor dicho, la gestión de tus depósitos energéticos por el cuerpo es muy bien logrado, tiendo energía para aguantar hasta la primera toma de comida (unas 4 horas desde que te levantas hasta la primera ingesta, incluyendo una hora de cardio en ayunas).
