Good product
High quality product, unflavored capsules, seems to have good absorption, I notice it on the skin, I have been taking this vitamin supplement for 2 years, not all are effective. The back discomfort has improved significantly and also the mood, it is advisable to take it with some food that suits fat for greater effectiveness.
Producto de alta calidad, cápsulas sin sabor, parece que tienen buena absorción, lo noto en la piel, llevo 2 años tomando este complemento vitamínico, no todos son eficaces .
Las molestias de espalda han mejorado notablemente y también el estado anímico , es recomendable tomárselo con algún alimento que convenga grasa para mayor eficacia.
