No flavor for recipes
If you are going to take it alone...think twice. If you are going to use it for recipes (cakes, pancakes, pasta, etc) it is great because it gives you the protein intake without compromising the main flavor of your recipe. It has a milky background (as if you were drinking watered down milk at full strength) that must be taken into account when cooking. Recommended for recipes, not to be taken as a shake (at least for me).
Si la vas a tomar sola...piénsatelo dos veces. Si la vas a usar para recetas (bizcochos, tortitas, pasta, etc) es genial ya que te da el aporte de proteínas sin comprometer el sabor principal de tu receta. Tiene un fondo lácteo (como si bebieses leche aguada a tope) que hay que tener en cuenta a la hora de cocinar. Recomendable para recetas no para tomar en batido (al menos para mi)
