I have repeated! It is the only protein that feels good to me! It's not that I'm lactose intolerant, but apparently protein powder must have a lot of concentration and I feel terrible. This one is great, light and great because it has a neutral flavor, I hate the artificial flavors of sweet protein powders. So either I take it alone, or I add cinnamon.... For breakfast, I add a plate of it crushed in the blender and it tastes like a real banana. I change the fruits, mango, strawberry.... And with pineapple for some reason it becomes a mousse!
He repetido! Es la única proteína que me sienta bien! No es que sea intolerante a la lactosa, pero por lo visto la proteína en polvo debe tener mucha concentración y me sienta fatal. Esta es genial, ligera y estupenda porque tiene sabor neutro, yo que odio los sabores artificiales de las proteínas dulces en polvo. Así que o bien la tomo sola, o le añado canela… como desayuno le añado un plato triturado en el batidora y sabe a plátano del de verdad. Le voy cambiando las frutas, mango, fresa…. Y con piña por algún motivo se convierte en mousse!
