Better than non-iso raw whey, due to the solubility and speed of absorption post-workout. I sometimes combine them with Evomeal or to add to yogurt and oatmeal preparations. Even though they are iso, they are very good value for money. I alternate with casein proteins, which I take at night because they are slow-release.
