Mix well with water and warm milk. With cold milk you get lumps. I buy the unflavored version and mix it with milk and cinnamon or cocoa. It is possible to drink it only with water but the taste is not pleasant.

Se mezcla bien con agua y con leche templada. Con leche fría salen grumos. Compro la versión sin sabor y la mezclo con leche y canela o cacao. Tomarla solo con agua es posible pero el sabor no me es agradable.
