Unbeatable value for money. No soy, no hormones, no palm oil. Difficult to find this. Unflavored use. Does not dissolve badly, although it could be improved. What I don't like is the self-closing bag. It is difficult to leave it perfectly closed once opened. I would prefer in jars when the quantities are large (I have the 4 kg one).
