I've been using 100% Whey Protein Isolate for a while now and the truth is that I'm very happy with the results. It dissolves easily, leaves no lumps and the taste (at least the vanilla which is the one I use) is quite pleasant, not cloying at all. The best part is that it is low in carbs and fat, so it helps me maintain my goals without adding unnecessary calories. It feels good, it doesn't give me mole.

I have tried other neutral proteins and in this one the powder is finer and looser, it is not caked. Also, the price is great compared to other brands. I usually mix it with semi-skimmed milk and add pure cocoa powder and there are no undissolved sticky bits in the shaker. I will repeat for sure!
