I recommend this supplement in powder form since I have tried it in capsules and it is assimilated much better in this format. With the capsules I noticed that my abdomen swelled a little and in powder nothing at all. The only thing I would change is the taste but otherwise great.
Aconsejo este suplemento en polvo ya que he probado en cápsulas y se asimila mucho mejor en este formato. Con las cápsulas notaba que se me hinchaba un poco el abdomen y en polvo nada de nada. Lo único que cambiaría es el sabor pero por lo demás genial.
