A staple in my training

Both pre-workout and post-workout. Intra-workout I wouldn't use it if you take too much because of the strange taste it gives to the water. Maybe with some bcaas it would be my favorite intra workout.

Tanto pre entreno como post entreno. Intraentreno no lo usaría si echas mucha cantidad por el sabor extraño que le da al agua. Quizás con unos bcaas seria en intra entreno preferido.

Excellent product with almost no taste

The product is excellent, the flavor is almost imperceptible, a slight sweetness but hardly noticeable and more than fulfills in long duration training, I use it for Trail Running and it is perfect for me.

Especially for training without pre-workout meal

Excellent cyclodextrins with perfect solubility. I use them in allenamneot especially when I can't make the pre-workout meal. Value for money there is no better on the market.

Ottime ciclodestrine con una solubilità perfetta. Le uso in allenamneot soprattutto quando non riesco a fare il pasto pre-workout. Rapporto qualità prezzo non c'è di meglio in commercio.
