Actually after a few months of taking them, I have not noticed the difference to not taking them. The capsules are soft with the oil inside. The minimum intake is 3 capsules a day, spread out (this is a bit cumbersome for me, but with a simple dose of 2 capsules to avoid so much planning, even with some food in the stomach, I feel a little strong. Maybe it's because I'm sensitive to this type of oils and fats, but when I exercise I repeat these pills. My weight and body fat loss has been quite large, so I can not say that they have been effective during the time I took them, nor that they have not been.
Realmente tras unos meses tomandolas, no he notado la diferencia a no tomarlas. Las capsulas son blanditas con el aceite dentro. La toma mínima son 3 cásulas al dia, repartidas (eso a mi resulta algo latoso, pero con una simple dosis de 2 cápsulas por evitar tanta planificación, incluso con algo de comida en el estómago, me sientan algo fuertes. Quizá sea que soy sensible a este tipo de aceites y grasas, pero haciendo ejercicio repito estas pasitllas. Mi bajada de peso y grasa corporal ha sido bastante grande, asi que no puedo decir que hayan sido eficaces durante el tiempo que las tomé y tampoco que no lo hayan sido.
