Works for me
I tried tribulus for the first time 10 years ago. I don't take it every year, only to prepare for special events when I have to do more demanding bike training. The tribulus helps the body to generate testosterone in a natural way, I recommend not to take it continuously so that the body does not get used to it and does not lose effectiveness. The negative side is the big pill.
