I just started taking it so I don't know if the effectiveness works yet or not. The capsules are quite large, that would be the only downside and the lid of the bottle could be a little more rigid like the white omega 3 bottles for example.
Acabo de empezar a tomarlo así que la efectividad no se si funciona aún o no. Las cápsulas son bastante grandes, sería la única pega y la tapa del bote podría ser un poco más rígida como los botes blancos de omega 3 por ejemplo.
