For those days when you need an extra boost of vitality, e.g. on days when you know you are going to have a lot of work to do. If you look at the composition... it has everything! The only downside (it's just a matter of knowing) it can raise your blood pressure a bit. I compensate it with GINGER extract, also from HSN or with other products containing a lot of flavonoids (they tone up the arteries): so it doesn't raise my blood pressure anymore.
Para esos días que necesitas un plus de vitalidad, ej: en días que sabes vas a tener mucho trabajo. Si ves la composición... tiene de todo !! La única pega (es sólo cuestión de saberlo) te puede subir un poco la tensión arterial. Yo lo compenso con extracto de JENGIBRE, tambien de HSN o con otros productos que contengan muchos flavonoides (tonifican las arterias): así ya no me sube.
