I take it in the mornings together with matcha tea and HSN's vitamin C, so far this year I don't know if it's by chance but not even a slight cold. Regarding the extra vitality I wouldn't know what to say, even if I stop taking them I would notice it (I've been taking them for quite some time). La tomo por las mañanas junto al te matcha y a la vit. C de HSN, de momento este año no se si será por casualidad pero ni un leve resfriado. Con respecto al aporte extra de vitalidad no sabría que decir, lo mismo si dejo de tomarlas lo notaría (hace bastante tiempo que las tomo). Seguro que vienen muy bien en los cambios de estación.
