Important to drink on a full stomach
As long as you take it on a full stomach it won't be bad for you, but if you take it on an empty stomach (even before eating, even if you had breakfast) I have already vomited twice 5-10 minutes after taking it because I took it without food. I can't say much about the effectiveness, when I've been taking it I didn't overflow with energy and I didn't lack it.
Siempre y cuando lo tomes con el estómago bien lleno no te sentará mal, pero como lo hagas en ayunas(incluso antes de comer, aunque hayas desayunado) ya son dos veces las que he vomitado a los 5-10min de tomarla por haberla tomado sin comida. Sobre la efectividad no puedo decir mucho, cuando lo he estado tomando ni rebosaba energía ni me faltaba.
