Citrulline has a vasodilator effect, which provides a better pump during training, which increases motivation and makes the workout even more fun. I always mix my own pre-workout booster together and citrulline is a must!

Is just citrulline in its purest form. Price-performance again unbeatable. Take it as an ingredient for my pre-workout drink for a better supply and of course the pump.
