Excellent value for money. I use them mostly as a post workout. Beware of the dose and intestines, if not well, they can give problems. That's why I alternate them with cycle dextrins .

Well, as intra workout I mix 20 gr dextrose 20 gr malto and it is perfect. If you already use a lot of quantity, it is better to use cyclodextrin for faster gastric emptying.
Bueno como intra entreno mezclo 20 gr dextrosa 20 gr malto y va perfecto. Si ya usas mucha cantidad mejor la ciclodextrina por el vaciado gástrico más rápido.
