I take it together with fructose in routes of more than 3 hours because I can play with the amount of CH to ingest. I recommend mixing it with water in the bottle a while before so that the mixture dissolves perfectly.

I use it to prepare drinks or gels for training. Very satisfied with the result and the price. The plastic closures sometimes break down. I recommend switching to glass tupper to close airtight.
