Excellent source of calories
Sixty-something grams of maltodextrin in 300mL of a fruit smoothie or in a glass of milk protein isolate has a fairly neutral taste. However, they add 200 kcal, which is exactly what I wanted. The digestibility is excellent and the taste goes with everything (fruit, peanut butter, whey). The packaging opens well, but you have to be careful to seal it tightly.
Sessenta e poucos gramas de maltodextrina em 300 ml de um batido de fruta ou em um copo de isolado de proteína de leite apresentam um sabor bastante neutro. No entanto, acrescentam 200 kcal, que era exatamente o que eu queria. A digestibilidade é excelente e o sabor combina com tudo (fruta, manteiga de amendoim, whey). A embalagem abre bem, mais é preciso cuidado para a fechar hermeticamente.
