Inexpensive and effective
I have been using creatine monohydrate for about 2 months and the results have been quite good. I have noticed an increase in my strength and endurance in the gym, plus a slight improvement in muscle recovery. It is tasteless, dissolves well in water or a shake, and has not caused me any side effects.

Very good value for money. Mine is unflavored creatine, it doesn't taste like anything so you can take it perfectly with water. The only thing I would improve would be the packaging which is a bit cumbersome. But I recommend it without a doubt.
Relación calidad precio muy buena. La mía es creatina sin sabor, no sabe a nada así que la puedes tomar perfectamente con agua. Lo único que mejoraría sería el envase que es un poco engorroso. Pero la recomiendo sin lugar a dudas.
