Inexpensive and effective
I have been using creatine monohydrate for about 2 months and the results have been quite good. I have noticed an increase in my strength and endurance in the gym, plus a slight improvement in muscle recovery. It is tasteless, dissolves well in water or a shake, and has not caused me any side effects.
Llevo usando creatina monohidrato por aproximadamente 2 meses y los resultados han sido bastante buenos.
