The most effective supplement for strength athletes

After not taking creatine for a long time I decided to give it a try, and after a month of including it in my diet I could already notice a difference. The product works well, easy to mix in shakes. The only downside is that it tends to clump at the bottom of the package, but nothing that can't be fixed by shaking it from time to time. Very satisfied.

Después de no tomar creatina durante mucho tiempo decidí darle una oportunidad, y al mes de incluirla en mi dieta ya pude notar una diferencia. El producto funciona bien, fácil de mezclar en batidos. Como única pega, tiende a apelmazarse al fondo del paquete, pero nada que no se arregle agitándolo de vez en cuando. Muy satisfecho.

All correct

Although any creatine does not dissolve completely, this one is easy to swallow, with no taste. I haven't noticed the results yet, but overall I'm happy.

Pese a que cualquier creatina no se disuelve al completo, esta es fácil de tragar, sin sabor. Los resultados todavía no los noto pero en general estoy contento.

Very good quality, the bad thing is the packaging, the closure that has the bag does not close well and opens!

Creatine very good

Creatine is of a very good quality. It dissolves very easily and is quite easy to take and tasteless so you don't hate it, which makes it a solid choice. The only downside is that if you order a large amount, the closure it comes with is awkward to use, but it does the job just the same. It's totally worth it.

La creatina es de una calidad muy buena. Se disuelve con muchísima facilidad y es bastante fácil de tomar y sin sabor para no aborrecer, lo que lo convierte en una sólida elección. La única pega es que si pides una cantidad grande, el cierre que trae es incómodo de usar, pero cumple su función igualmente. Merece la pena completamente.
