It seems to me a gift 1kg of creatine at these prices, talking about the monohydrate. I haven't tried creapure, but this one works great. I take 6 grams in one shot, and another 3 grams at night, and no stomach discomfort, no cramps, nothing (I weigh 98kg). I mix them with the shake or with water itself. It is important to drink plenty of water.
