I have noticed the effects of creatine within days of taking it and I am delighted. I did gain weight but it was all muscle mass gain. I also think it has helped me perform better in my workouts. The only thing I would change would be the scoop, which is currently 35g and I would prefer it to be 30g. But the 1/2 kg packet is quite convenient, it doesn't stain too much. Highly recommended

Sí he subido de peso pero ha sido todo un aumento de masa muscular. También creo que me haya ayudado a rendir mejor en los entrenamientos.
Lo único que cambiaría sería el cacito, que actualmente es de 3'5g y preferiría que fuese de 3'0g. Pero el paquete de ½kg es bastante cómodo, no mancha demasiado.
