I know it is to reduce costs but the truth is that for a product like this that comes in a bag and not in a jar is very detrimental. The powder has caked up on me because of the humidity due to not having closed the airtight seal properly, I imagine. I have noticed the effect, creatine is a very effective, safe and recommendable supplement.
Sé que es para abaratar costes pero la verdad es que para un producto como este que venga en bolsa y no en un bote lo perjudica mucho. Se me ha apelmazado el polvo por la humedad al no haber cerrado correctamente el cierre hermético, imagino. El efecto si que lo he notado, la creatina es un suplemento muy efectivo, seguro y recomendable.
