First time and very well

First time I start taking creatine and the truth is that the performance has been noticed. It is true that for me it has some taste and I don't like to take it only with water so I mix it with my post workout shake so it is not a problem either.

Primera vez que empiezo a tomar la creatina y la verdad que el rendimiento se ha notado. Cierto es que para mí si tiene algo de sabor y no me gusta tomarla solo con agua así que la mezclo con el batido post entreno así que tampoco es un problema.

Results!

I was researching about its benefits and discovered that it is not only good when you do sports (which is naturally more beneficial) but also to prevent sarcopenia in older people, so we take it from my 16 year old son, who trains a lot, to us who do not train as before but want to see if it helps us not to lose a lot of mass, we are happy!

Estuve investigando sobre sus beneficios y descubrí que no sólo va bien cuando haces deporte( que naturalmente se aprovecha más ) sino para evitar la sarcopenia en gente mayor así que la tomamos desde mi hijo de 16 años, que entrena mucho, hasta nosotros que no entrenamos cómo antes pero queremos iver si nos ayuda a no perder mucha masa, contentos!

Fulfills its function

I used to always buy creatine here without a second thought, the quality is very good and it does its job but lately the prices of creatine are a bit excessive.

Antes siempre compraba la creatina aquí sin pensármelo dos veces, la calidad es muy buena y cumple su función pero últimamente los precios de la creatina son algo excesivos.

Hi Fernando, A few months ago we had to adjust prices due to the rising costs of all the goods and services involved in the manufacturing process, and we did so as little as possible so that it did not significantly impact the final price.
