I can't find creatine at a better price on the market. It is difficult to really know the effectiveness, as with all supplements, but for the time being I will continue taking it. Because of the difficult dissolution (normal with all creatines) I think it is best to take a scoop directly and then drink water or other liquid to dissolve it directly in the mouth.

No encuentro creatina a un mejor precio en el mercado. Es dificil saber realmente la efectividad, como con todos los suplementos, pero de momento lo seguiré tomando. Por la dificil disolucion (normal con todas as creatinas) considero que lo mejor es tomar un cazo directamente y luego tomar agua u otro liquido para disolverlo directamente en la boca.
