I highly recommend it, quality creatine. In my case I take it in water because it is impossible for me to take it directly, there are always particles left so I add more water to the glass. I take it before training (half an hour before) and on my rest days always in the morning. I noticed results in the second week of taking it, more strength and energy so my workouts were heavier and more efficient. After a month of taking it I noticed a lot of change in my body and progress. I was unable to take it for a long time because there was no stock so I had to buy another option.
La recomiendo mucho, creatina de calidad. En mi caso la tomo en agua ya que directamente me es imposible, siempre quedan partículas asi que voy añadiendo mas agua al vaso. La tomo antes de entrenar(media hora antes) y en mis días de descanso siempre por la mañana. Note resultados en la segunda semana de tomarla, más fuerza y energía por lo que mis entrenamientos eran mas pesados y mas eficientes. Al mes de tomarla note mucho el cambio en mi cuerpo y el progreso. Estuve mucho sin poder tomarla porque no había stock así que tuve que comprar otra opción.
