Muscular strength

It helps performance in the gym. If at any time I stop taking it for several weeks, I feel I lose strength. It is definitely one of my must-haves

It gives me a plus of strength and endurance in training and I notice a better muscle recovery. Other brands had been bad for me, I tried this one and it was great. HSN is always a good choice and 200mesh quality is practically the same as Creapure.

Me da un plus de fuerza y resistencia en los entrenos y noto mejor recuperación muscular.. Otras marcas me habían sentado mal, probé esta y genial. HSN siempre es buena elección y calidad 200mesh que es prácticamente igual que Creapure.

I drink it every day, although I would prefer to have flavored ones. The neutral one is difficult to drink because of the taste.
