First time using creatine

Very good price and dissolves well I add flavor to the water flavoring, mostly because I take it for breakfast and get between chest and back so much water at once, while drinking coffee and fruit gives me a parraque... This way I drink the same but it gives me the sensation of drinking a soft drink...

Muy buen precio y se disuelve bien yo le añado sabor al agua del saborizante, más que nada por que lo tomo al desayuno y meterme entre pecho y espalda tanta agua de golpe,mientras tomo cafe,y fruta me da un parraque... Así tomo la misma pero me da la sensación de beber un refresco...
