Sus efectos se notan claramente a las semanas de empezarlo a tomar, mejoras rendimiento y también se ve un aumento de masa muscular, supongo que por el aumento de agua intramuscular. Uno de mis suplementos favoritos. Como único punto negativo diría que no llega a disolverse completamente, queda en suspensión y al tomarlo se nota un poco arenoso, pero esto ha sucedido con todas las creatinas que he probado.
