The envelope is quite small, it is advisable to change the creatine to a container you have in the kitchen as it is difficult to take the doses from the scoop.
Sobre bastante reducido, recomendable cambiar la creatina a un recipiente que tengas por la cocina ya que es difícil coger las dosis del cacito.
