It's the first time I try creatine, in definition it's great for me to be able to continue strength training and not notice the loads so much, I can even continue to progress with them, I don't notice fluid retention. The only downside is the format, the bags are very uncomfortable, like all of them. Flavor without taste.
Es la primera vez que pruebo la creatina, en definición me viene genial para poder seguir entrenando fuerza y no notar tanto las cargas, incluso puedo seguir progresando con ellas, no noto retención de líquidos. La única pega es el formato, las bolsas son muy incómodas, como todas. Sabor sin sabor.
