Cualquiera que tenga unos mínimos conocimientos sobre salud sabe de los beneficios de la Creatina. Este producto apenas tiene sabor, su disolución en agua es relativamente buena y los resultados son los esperados, ayuda en el entrenamiento, atención mental y pequeño plus de energía para el trabajo activo. No recomiendo ningún producto mis pacientes sin probarlos yo primero.
